I see the same behaviour with Acrobat Reader, but not with any other application.

How can I stop Opera continually putting a shortcut in the root of the programs folder of my start menu?
I have moved the shortcut to a subfolder of the program menu, and don't want a copy in the root of the menu.
I've deleted the root copy. When it reappeared, I set its hidden and readonly attributes. But it regularly reappears, with those attributes unset.
How to get rid of this permanently? Thank you.
