There is a bug in sync open tabs for devices. I have only two devices laptop (windows 11, 92.0.4561.21) and an android phone (71.3.3718.67322). When sync enabled with settings to sync only Bookmarks, Tabs and History - opera creates in block Open tabs (at https://www.sync.opera.com) Device with open tab.

Fresh install for both laptop and phone (passphrase was reset at sync.opera.com), no passphrase to encrypt all data is used, only for passwords (default behavior).

Every time I quit Opera regardless of device, a new block for the same device appear in Open Tabs at sync.opera.com. So I have already more than 10 devices in synced tabs on phone, and 3 on windows PC...

P.S. Tested it with Synchronize all data (including passwords) - same.[link text](link url)

We should rise this problem again and again. With elimination of old behaviour of Closed Tabs button the only way to get your synced tabs across your devices is to enable side panel and add icon to activity, or type every time activity in address bar. This is not handy at all

I don't using side panel and typing every time to access your tabs isn't good, because you can't add bookmark to activity/ anywhere.

So the change closed tabs from list to search completely removes other feature! Why??

Please bring back at least flag or button itself.

The problem is - old menu had list of synced tabs across devices and that was really handy! Now you cannot even add on bookmars bar opera://activity page, and more - you cannot find it from menu or other Opera UI... First you need to google it, second you have to type it every time you need it in adress bar. This is very strange and bad changes to the Opera UI.

Hope this will be fixed or made some workarounds for this situation.

Exactly! The main purpose to use the old button and behaviour was exactly this feature! Recently closed was just addon for it.

@sgunhouse oh this, it's not what we want to bring back, search in closed completely removes the synced tabs from other devices, closed tabs function earlier was more ergonomic than new search - so it's step back...

@nicolleen install 69, then "Go to Windows's System / Advanced System Settings, in the Advanced tab click the button to manage the Environment Variables and add one called "OPERA_AUTOUPDATE_DISABLED". Done."

Where is the synced tabs across devices? Former closed tabs and synced tabs button have had this fuctionaluty, and now it's gone almost completely. There is opera://activity - but how can I launch it not from address bar typing?
