Well, I used to use it, but out of a sudden flow is disconnected without a reason. And here begins the trouble for my stupid mind. First: I forgot how I synchronized desktop and mobile Opera in the good old days. Clicking desktop Opera's flow icon offers a simple solution: just scan the qr-code with opera and here you are, nothing further to do. Great. So, how do I scan the code with Opera?
The help says there should be an option in the menu of the mobile opera. What can I say, there is none. Any other way? Enter the connection code manually. Great. I see a bunch of numbers and letters, 20 to be precise, some black, some, blue, some red - shall I use all of them? Only the red ones? For experienced Opera users that is obviously standard knowledge, so there is no further explanation given. Anyone knows how that works, right? I feel a bit excluded here. And even if I knew how to use the letters and numbers I still don't know where I should enter the connection code.
Searching the internet for a while, astonishing: there is no real answer to that either not so easy or overwhelmingly stupid question: how can I see the items I saved on my phone in the desktop browser. All I find: "It's so easy and simple, Opera does it all alone you don't have to do anything. No need for a password, no email. " Oh, how I would love to need an email and password, if it just would connect my phone to my laptop. Must I say some abracadabra? Search the internet for another hour? Only to find: "If you go to the opera.com/connect page, the QR code will appear, which you only need to scan with the Android browser - the reader can be found in the browser's sidebar."
Too bad, it does not.
I give up. My phone has a simple text editor. I can type in the URLs I want to use with my desktop browser and copy them manually. That works within seconds, great solution.

RE: General Opera One Feedback TopicGeneral
For some time now, I can't remember exactly when, there has been this annoying fanfare that sounds when Opera starts. I don't like it, I don't need it, I know I started the browser, but now I can't find a way to turn it off. What can I do?

Startfanfare abschaltenOpera for Windows
Was tun?

RE: My flow "failed to connect"Opera Touch
@spencerross Nice to know I am the only one. Connecting Opera fails. Scan does not work neither typing in the code. Used to use flow, sad to see it's gone. Or has anybody a solution for this?

RE: Bookmark bar reappears even after disabling it repeatedlyOpera for computers
@gmiazga This is what my browser shows me:
"Jouw versie is 63.0.3368.94
Dit is de meest recente versie van Opera
Laatste maal gecontroleerd op woensdag 2 oktober 2019 08:05"
Meaning 63 is the latest version 3 minutes ago. No version 65... - Opera for computers

@leocg Sorry, but that is not possible. The bookmark bar pops up before you select a place to store it

RE: Bookmark bar reappears even after disabling it repeatedlyOpera for computers
@popinjay01 How long did it take? I have got hundreds of bookmarks in kind of 50 categories. I cannot imagine this is what the developers had in mind, it seems like a tremendous waste of time, while there should be a button that ensures one simply does not use the bookmarks bar and it should never pop up. Something that was default state in earlier Opera versions.

RE: Bookmark bar reappears even after disabling it repeatedlyOpera for computers
@holecrap Different people, different opinions, what can I say? I neither use the bookmarks bar, which I find annoying, nor speeddial, one of the most needless features that Opera came up with and all other browsers copied, I have no clue why. Oh, I see, there are people who like it like you. Could you explain why?
