I do not think it is "flow" to require switching to another browser.

Yesterday I got the update 41.0.2353.46 and then I reopened Opera after updating all saved tabs from last session started to load. I have the settings for keeping my tabs from last session enabled and delay loading of background tabs enabled. Tried a few times today opening and closing and background tabs load everytime.
Steps to reproduce: open Opera setting, find show advanced setting and enable it, find continue where I left off and check it, check delay loading of background tabs.
Open some tabs, close Opera and reopen again.
Actual result: All tabs starts to load one after one-other.
Expected result: Only the tab that was selected then Opera was closed should load.
OS: Windows 10
Opera version: 41.0.2353.46 --stable
One of Flow's features it you do not need a Opera account to flow things between devices, but it would be fantastic if it worked with an Opera account aswell. If you are logged in to a Opera account you should be able to enable Flow with it and access Flow from all devices you log in with the same Opera account.
Same issue, Opera 100.0.4815.30

Tested a little more, still happens, but not if Opera is already running in the background. This time it looked like the button was visible a short moment then I started Opera but then disappeared.
The button that hides the bottom bar. Only visible in landscape mode in bottom right corner. Four arrows pointing out in different directions.
Yesterday I noticed that the fullscreen button in Opera was missing and earlier today I figured out it was because I had my phone in landscape mode (laying down). If I turn my phone to portrait mode (standing up) and back again or if I launch Opera in portrait mode and then switch to landscape the fullscreen button appears.
Reproduction: hold your phone in landscape mode and open Opera.
Result: the fullscreen button is not visible.
Expected result: the fullscreen button should appear as if you launched Opera in portrait mode and rotated your phone 90 degrees.

Thank you, I found the plugins.
The expected behavior is that Opera asks if I want to save the file and where ("save as") and not start downloading directly. I also expect Opera to not open downloaded files automatically. I looked under plugins and Chromium PDF viewer was still disabled but the first PDF files I downloaded after the update opened in Opera, before I found the setting to open in my default program. Not sure how that works...
So I decided to test a few things. Apparently I can not enable Chromium PDF viewer ("Disabled by company policy" ??, this is my home computer). This looks like it means that it is overridden by the "Open in default"-setting. Changing the setting changes the state in plugins. Testing the different combinations does effect how PDFs are opened but no combination opens the save as window!
Chromium PDF viewer was disabled before, something probably changed in an update. I changed a new setting telling Opera to not use the built in PDF viewer but instead use my default one. It uses my default now, but it still downloads and opens without asking!
As written in the linked topic in my last post, the poster cant find the plugins menu anymore and it is the same for me. Maybe I should ad that my version of Opera is 43.0.2442.806
I have the reversed problem for PDF files.
the current versions of Opera cannot open any files directly, they can only save the files so they can be opened later.
Not true (anymore), yesterday Opera started to open PDF files without even prompting for download!
My current settings is Always ask where to save files and Open PDF files with the standard program for PDF files, but then I clicked on a pdf link today the download started without asking, downloaded the file and opened it automatically.
How can I disable automatic downloading and opening?
Someone on the german sub-forum found this change aswell: http://forums.opera.com/topic/19193/pdf-mal-wieder
I found how to access my desktop speed dials, they was not there I was searching (under bookmarks, like on desktop). I also find a option to delete desktop speed dials, but not edit or add new.
The icon for desktop bookmarks go invisible then you try drag and drop a mobile speed dial on it.
