Save webpage to desktop speed dial

I found a webpage I wanted to bookmark when browsing from my phone. I have a folder for that website on my desktop speed dial but it looked impossible to add something to my desktop speed dial. I could not access my desktop speed dials from my phone at all.
Is this possible and I just missed how to do it? I can access my phones speed dial from my computer.
If it is not possible, is it something that may be implemented? Accessing and modifying desktop speed dial from Opera for Android.

I found how to access my desktop speed dials, they was not there I was searching (under bookmarks, like on desktop). I also find a option to delete desktop speed dials, but not edit or add new.
The icon for desktop bookmarks go invisible then you try drag and drop a mobile speed dial on it.
