40.0.2296.0 is unusable for me. Every tab crashes (even settings, about, etc), every time. Win 7 x64

I use Opera developer 33.0.1967.0 at three computers under Windows 10 64-bit and under Window 7 64-bit. During synchronization the part of bookmarks doubles, trebles and even is quadrupled. This is bug, as I understand. Whether somebody can tell there is this bug in the Opera's bug tracker?
And maybe somebody knows as to clear the list of excess bookmarks, except as manually?

I have Opera Dev 33.0.1967.0 installed on Windows 10 64-bit Eng. And I can't open any links from other application, like Skype, my mail client (The Bat!), etc. The same behaviour I observed at the previous build, unfortunatelly I don't remember it's number.
At attempt to open any links new tab opened in Opera, but without of content, just express-panel.
Does anybody have the same behaviour? Any ideas for fix?
Hi all. After upgrading to Opera 32.1899.0 I try to use password sync, but I get message like this: "You have some data, encrypted by another version of password for your Opera account... bla-bla-bla". But I have only one Opera account, and I don't remember that I sometime used any passphrase or master password. Anybody have the same problems?
I use Opera for a long time, from version 3.62 as I remember and I maybe forgot something, but how I can sync my passwords now? Question for developers, of course
