It is mpossible to open links from other applications

I have Opera Dev 33.0.1967.0 installed on Windows 10 64-bit Eng. And I can't open any links from other application, like Skype, my mail client (The Bat!), etc. The same behaviour I observed at the previous build, unfortunatelly I don't remember it's number.
At attempt to open any links new tab opened in Opera, but without of content, just express-panel.
Does anybody have the same behaviour? Any ideas for fix?

It's a known propblem. We have to wait the next build I hope...
