Is There 'Scroll to Click' Capability in Opera?

On the latest version of Opera 29 (stable) for Linux. Loving it, but am wondering if there's a way to configure Opera so that when I click on a position in the scrollbar while viewing a page, the display jumps to the position I clicked on, rather than scrolling in increments. Firefox has this capability (see here: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Ui.scrollToClick), and it makes it much easier to browse on a large screen. Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Opera 12/Linux had that as well (while Windows did not), I always figured it was a standard UI feature in Linux. Not that Opera always follows "standard UI features", but still ...
