Opening A Magnet Torrent File In Opera 29

In O12.17, when I click on a magnet link, a box pops up and asks me if I want to send this to uTorrent. In O29, there is no such box, and I have to check in my uTorrent program that is minimized to see if the file was accepted by uTorrent. I prefer to see that popup box that queries me, will O29 not do that??
