Problems clicking Google links

When searching with Google I have problems clicking a link. I often click a complete paragraph. I have to enlarge the page to be able to click the link. Are the Google pages reformated before they are displayed on the Opera Mini browser on my iPhone (IOS 7.0.3).

Some changes on server side can affect user experience with Google search engine, also Opera Mini browser compatibility can imply that. Besides, it's well known that mini transcoders doesn't ate some Google Ads since Ice Age and G resent that in return saying that Presto is outdated and discontinued by Opera. I bet that Opera will update the navigator... again. Btw, desktop layout doesn't work for Google result pages.
