Exporting bookmarks from opera to HTML

I need to export my bookmarks to Chrome, unfortunately the only way is if they are in HTML format.
another question, does my bookmarks stay in my account? if i log in in another computer with opera, will my bookmarks apear there too?

I haven't tried this but it might be your way to export easily to Chrome.
