Separate and link up tabs to windows

Dont know if its some kind of bug or just missing feature but new Opera (28) have some issue with linking together separated tabs from another windows. If you separate tab to another window and then you want to link the tab together most of a time its not working. They should just snap together if you close enough to tab list with some tab.
I hope I was explain it enough... it will be better to try it byself.
