[Suggestion]Allow to have Vertical and horizontal tab islands

I love the vertical tab option- I find it easier to use tab islands this way. However, I find that the horizontal tabs are quicker to glance over and read/differentiate from one another. It would be awesome to have a 3rd option where you can have both vertical and horizontal tabs at the same time. You can collapse or open up the vertical tabs whenever, but the horizontal tabs stay at the top of the screen.
