Google toolbar (pop-up) while selecting texts is semi transparent

Hi. I am using opera browser (102.3.5206.90530) with my XIAOMI 15.
As you know, a toolbar usually pops up after selecting text on a webpage. However, on my phone, this toolbar appears semi-transparent, making the options difficult to see—especially against dark backgrounds (e.g., in night mode), as shown below:
I also tried Opera Mini and found that its toolbar displays correctly, remaining solid white. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Thanks.

I'm using v102.4.5206.90738 on a Samsung Galaxy S25+ and can't confirm your issue. The toolbar appears correctly.
