Spell check button won't turn on?

Hello, today i wanted to turn on spell check. I looked in settings and found this:
"Spell check
Check for spelling errors when you type text on web pages"the button will not move into the on position at all. Can tech team please take a look.

@JamesneedHelp I’d check one thing before reinstalling Opera. In opera://flags, search for Use the Windows OS spell checker and try disabling it, then restart Opera. There have been cases where that setting interferes with spell check in Opera.
Also make sure you have a language selected under Settings → Browser → Languages. Opera’s spell-check controls are under the Browser settings.
If the button is still completely stuck after that, I’d try disabling extensions and restarting Opera.

@malcolmparkedhere Hello, Thanks so much it worked. I went into settings and added English as a language and the spell check button came on. Now spell check works again on here and in my email. Never had to add a language before, spell check was always just there.
How do I show this problem as solved? or do you leave it up here?

p.s a note to any coder who works on Opera. I know its based on Chrome but is it possible to:- have the facility to go into delete individual cookies and have a check box/and then delete multiple cookies at once? Its such a pain having to delete each individual Cookie. Multiple delete function would so helpfull.
