Sync error

My pc restarted and when it rebooted opera gx had cleared everything and i was entirely signed out of my opera account, I figured it was no big deal and went to log back in, once I did i went to sync all my passwords and stuff. Well, my bookmarks and speed dial stuff all synced fine, however my passwords keep telling me to "confirm my identity to enable encryption" and then takes me to a page to enter my password, when I do, it just takes me back to the sync page. I've cleared my browser cache and stuff and logged out, and no luck. Again, everything else syncs fine except my passwords.
