Menu to disable V8/Just in time compiler is blank
Here's the pic:
I tried doing Ctrl+Shift+Delete > deleting all time browsing data, did Update & Recovery > Reset my data and Opera settings., tried running the installer again (not reinstall but repair), renaming the %appdata%\Opera Software to Opera Stable OLD, and renaming Preferences to Preferences.old but it still doesn't work. -

Yeah, the page showed no problem for me at first. Then, I reloaded the page and it was blank and it would stay blank through a restart etc. However, opening up a new tab makes that tab load for me. At first I had to open up a new tab and click reload for the start page to make the v8 page load right.
So, it's definitely nothing on your end. It's a bug.

Hitting ctrl + shift + i to open the developer tools makes it show too.
I filed DNA-125491 for this just in case it's not known.
