Problems on Win 8.1

I upgraded my PC to Win 8.1 and see some strange behaviour with Opera. Both the 28 stable and the 29 Beta sometimes won't open without any error message including the windows event log. After a restart they work. Now trying Beta 30. Any known reasons for this?

When this happens open up your task manager and see if there is an Opera process in there somewhere. If there is try ending it and opening it again.
