I have tried multiple times to save and move the bookmarks to another Opera version (beta or developer). The speed dial never showed up, only normal bookmarks. Speed dial information must be somewhere else. It's also not favorites.

I upgraded my PC to Win 8.1 and see some strange behaviour with Opera. Both the 28 stable and the 29 Beta sometimes won't open without any error message including the windows event log. After a restart they work. Now trying Beta 30. Any known reasons for this?
