Allow vertical tabs and sidebar to be moved to the right side

Hello Opera Team,
I am writing to share feedback regarding the recent update introducing the new vertical tabs feature. While I really appreciate this addition, I noticed that both the sidebar and the vertical tabs are currently locked to the left side of the screen.
I would like to request an option to unlock and adjust these panels so users can place them on either the left or the right side of the screen based on personal preference. Allowing this flexibility would greatly improve usability, screen space management, and accessibility for many users.

Another one thing is that after pinning the sidebar the vertical tabs panel will be also pinned.

@andrew84 I wish they added auto-hide to the vertical tabs, how about you?

@MohammedAlbaker Yes, already suggested the auto-hide mode also. like it works for the sidebar.
But on the other hand, the more options they implement, the more bugs are added. Sidebar still has some visual glitches while in autohide mode.
