After playing with it for a while here are some thoughts:

The UI is cool, but the background is questionable;
When dealing with tabs I expected a swipe down to close the tab;
Where's the option for no images at all? It's also missing;
Site loading is slower in this version;
No more scroll bar, such a down;
I would like an option to place the address bar at the bottom, it's much easier to reach it;
An option for Do Not Track would be cool;
In the data savings screen I would expect swiping left and right would change the data range;
Still in data saving the image quality slider is strange, it doesn't look clickable and actually sliding you finger does nothing
The lost of full screen is a down;
No landscape mode is also lame;
The loading indicator is almost invisible, it was much better inside the address bar;
When using the light theme it could follow it, it could then look similar to iOS and Android version;
Hated to not be able to change the search engine, I had to tile DuckDuckGo as a SD;
I hate those Google suggestions as I type the address, at least give a flag to disable that crap;
Sometimes when clicking buttons or links it doesn't show a visual tip I really clicked it and together with the almost invisible load bar makes me click thousands of time over the link until I realize it's loading;
Find in page adds two bars, one with what you're looking for and another with buttons to cycle between the results, it should be one bar to hide the least of the page;
The look & feel of toggles and drop-down menus are unnatural to the OS, toggles should not contain those three stripes and drop-downs should be drop-downs and not pop-ups with OK/Cancel.

And why have you blocked it from installing in SD?

And the fonts are too small on every site or maybe on some specific url?

Indeed they are really small. I would expect the Large option to make font size larger than address font and normal the same size.

I am totally disgusted with this version of Opera Mini. I want to roll back to the previous version! Can anyone please tell me how to get back the previous version?

today we have released a bug fixing version, we fixed most popular crashes in last 24 hours reported by you.

Here's the changlog for 8.0.1.7 version:

[WP-801] Review client id in crash logger
[WP-829] Crash in RequestPaint()
[WP-833] Crash in download manager, division by zero
[WP-819] Navigating to "x:" causes crash
[WP-816] Crash on data saving panel
[WP-835] OOM while creating crash report
[WP-786] Draging speeddial to plus button causes crash

I encourage you to give it a try and check if stability of our build has improved.

Firstly, thanks for another update, slowly starting to work somehow.
My test for stability and the overall quality of the browser in WinPhone is Battlelog (http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/, normal version, not mobile).
If it loads at all, allow me to log in and withstand not crashing more than a few seconds is good. Opera page does not load BL at all.
Rendering engine is still ancient and bad, pages look awful.
Despite my best intentions, as a user of Opera on the PC for more than 10 years still have to use these pseuo-crashing-every-few-minutes-browsers like Surfy, UC Browser etc.

add theme effects. mean when switch to another tab its directly open. so add animation to work smoothly

well after downloading new updated beta version i feel major problems are not solved that very sad

the 2g network does not work hindi website does not open the page gets freeze and major website dont open smoothly

well I feel the first beta was much bettter why the first beta is not upgraded properly and why is that opera mini for windows is still lagging in performance and stability

i feel u need to give us full working browser to update u fully bugs I feel pl enable all features and then it will be better to find deep bugs for opera mini for windows

it is reallly not happy moment that each update is not making brpwser towards perfection I feel we need to work for bettter browser very seriously

it is almost 10 months and we need to put our hard efforts to bring bettter browser for windows and put a goood browser for working part

the bugs are

2g network does not work website freezess

3G NETWORK opens website slowly
anywebsite serached in google does not open website
the browser gets closed when working on website
font gets zoom too big fit to page is missing

On this page the url to the sound file saves a file with no data.
When I click on the corresponding picture. I can save it. When I try to display it using the ms 'files' app it is not possible because it says 0 KB.

No back/forward button
No opera link
No option for disable remember passwords on all sites
No option for change quality images
Power supply for download files
Can't browse because only appear yellow box on link 
Tab switch is annoying, Add option for change like old style or on list view

Never used back/forward button, return function from the phone is enough. Never used opera link. Passwords are remembered normally by web pages. Quality image is fine as soon it's maximum quality. Need of Power supply for download files could be an issue. Very few web pages are'nt accessible. I'm delighted with new design.

Browser is more stable, but sometimes app closes suddenly. IT IS TRUE, IT IS SLOWER, but I expect that's going to be fixed in the future. For fonts, large text size setting is perfect. Image quality is OK as soon as it's the maximum quality. I don't use tamil fonts, just regular english-spanish keyboard. Config is not so extended as before, to me it's OK, best setting is Single Column View.

PLEASE, give me back previous version of Opera Mini for WP!

All of my open tabs are lost, my history is lost. I had like 10 open tabs, thank god I decided to upgrade after vacation. This single issue could make me upset, but I still can handle it.
Toolbar takes up a lot of precious space on small phone display. If you want to get rid of menu button in bottom right corner, add some offscreen swipe gesture instead.
I don't care about correct html rendering, give me back previous page layout algorithm, so I can zoom in and read text without problems. If there's any problem with particular page, I can still open it in IE and I practice it this way.
Double tap to intelligent zoom in doesn't work any more. Maybe this is the single most important feature lost. Why do you think there are still smaller phones operable with one hand only?

So, Why the hell should I use Opera Mini anymore? Do you even have any idea, why we are using this instead of IE on the phone?

And last but not least. Please don't forget older version was able to hold rendered content in memory even after restart. So I wasn't usually reloading open tabs after restart. Very helpful feature when on trip and multitasking between browser and map application. This one lost feature makes me hesitate if I should stay with WP or switch to another OS. Thanks for understanding.
