there is a way to get a cut-down version of Opera?

I have used Opera for at least 25 years having migrated from Netscape. It's a fantastic browser.

It has just updated again and I see I am being offered volume booster and other new features.

I use a range of devices and OS, new and old. Recently, I had to install Supermium on an older machine to access online facilities. I wonder if there is a way to get a cut-down version of Opera?

So, for people with slower devices, less is more! Is there a lightweight version or would it be possible to offer a stripped down version as an option during installation?

I finally figured out how to disable the really dumb emoji thing that kept adding hearts and other stuff to my tabs just by trying to switch to another tab or quickly moving the mouse over to click on a bookmark.

I really want this bloat gone. I want the volume booster gone.
