[Suggestion] Add a seperate volume adjuster for the sidebar music player

Allow us to change the volume of the sidebar music players, this allows us to scale its volume with things playing in other tabs.

@leocg Youtube music doesnt have volume control, only Spotify, and as you may know, Spotify kinda sucks. Wouldnt hurt to add a volume slider for the sidebar music player as a whole though.
