"How to qualify for CELO rewards
To earn CELO, users must meet all of the following conditions for the entire week:Have Opera for Android/Opera Mini installed continuously (no uninstalling/reinstalling)
Stay logged into your Google account (no logging in or out during the week)
Keep Opera for Android or Opera Mini set as your default browser
Use Opera Mini, Opera for Android or Opera News every day
Additional requirement for Opera for Android users:
Generate at least 5 pageviews per day"From this u can tell it's given at the end of or after the entire week, not to mention the opera for Android browser just got updated with this feature Last Sunday;

@Amvbro Yes I believe @moonlitemoney is just pulling our legs coz the celo rewards program hasn't started yet. I use Opera Mini and it still hasn't been updated with the celo rewards feature.
