YouTube video buffering a lot

So, I've been watching this vid about King K. Rool, but it's been buffering like hell. At 144p. IDK whether this is Opera's Fault or the fault of all my games, but it's pretty darn annoying to have to pause it so many times that 4 Minutes becomes 16. Please help.

@leocg For the first thing, GX, and the second, every video. I checked, I don't have anything else open, too

@leocg GX, and, it's every video. One second, smooth as... something smooth, and the next it becomes a slideshow.
