Lost passwords

So I had to get a new ssd since my old one fried and when I logged into opera I had assumed that all my passwords would be saved in the password manager right? No even though I logged in all of my passwords are gone. How could I access them again.

@KFCchicken411 Passwords synchronisation was enabled? Does sync.opera.com says that you have synced passwords?

@leocg It doesn't say I have passwords there but it shows my old desktop name there.

@KFCchicken411 If it says that 0 passwords are there, then you won't be able to recover your saved passwords since they were never synced as it seems.
