Audio from browser can be heard during calls in Opera

Recently, I've started experiencing an issue with Opera. Whenever I call someone via either Google Meet or Discord, my companion is able to hear the sound from my browser. I tried playing videos on YouTube and music on Spotify - both can be heard.

The issue occurs only when I use Opera. I tried physically disconnecting my microphone, but my companion could still hear the audio.
I disabled hardware acceleration and even checked the website settings tab. I disabled access for websites to my microphone, but nothing helps. I also tried reinstalling Opera several times.

Has anyone encountered this issue? How can it be fixed?
