Passwords lost after disk check and repair

Hi Opera Community,
I've got a problem with my Opera installation.
After an update to Opera 125.0.5729.49, Windows automatically started a disk check and repair during the next system startup.
Since then, all saved passwords have disappeared from Opera. After doing a bit of Googling, I found out that the passwords are stored under AppData/Roaming in a file called Login Data.
This file still contains the passwords. Is there a chance / any tool to decrypt the Login Data?
Of course I have the encryption password. -

@DanielHaupt If you find one that works in Chrome, it probably will work on Opera too.

Chromepass will do it if there's nothing wrong with the "Login Data" file. Opera not showing them implies that there is something wrong with it.
You'll see the download link way down the page. It's a zip file that is password-protected where you'll have to type the zip password to extract it. The password is listed below the download link.
The utility is safe and trusted, but Windows Defender will flag it as a potentially unwanted program and remove it, so first, you'll need to goto settings in Windows and goto "Privacy & Security -> Windows Security -> Virus & threat protection", click "Manage settings" under "Virus & threat protection settings" and disable real-time protection.
In Chromepass, goto "File -> Advanced options", make sure "Load the passwords of the current logged-on user" and check "Use the following profile folder", type
C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable\Defaultand click OK. -

I also have a python script here that you can use to decrypt the Login Data file. Like the other method, it only works if there's nothing wrong with the file and you have to run the script with the Windows user that ran the Opera that created and modified the Login Data file. But, it's something. As in, it won't be useful to decrypt a Login Data file from other user or computer.
