I can't use GX control properly

So my problem is that I tried to open the gx contorl and I cant see the numbers and/or can't turn it on or off.

I tried to ask the AI for help but it said that there is no way to change the size but then I don't understand why I can't use it.
I tried to just make it wider like the other panels but it wouldn't let me and I don't have the chance to roll to the side at the bottom.
Ieven tried taking my mods out but it didn't change anything.

My OS is windows 10 and I use Opera GX 125.0.0

I don't know what more I could do.

I just want to say it the end that English is not my mother language so I apologize if there are any misspellings or mistakes.
