Constantly Re-Opens when Closed

Seems many others have this issue, came out of nowhere, clearing cache and disabling extensions didn't help. Logging out and back in. etc. Why does opera Re-Open instantly every time I close it?

The sheer number of sites that fail in Opera is getting crazy, I'm going to have to switch browsers. Even the opera forum doesn't open in opera!?

Using Windows 10.

Any help appreciated before I guess I have to quit.

@shimishake It seems that Opera is crashing during the process of closing.

@leocg Sorry about the delay. I'm just using the standard opera browser that one downloads at Opera.com. If you google it, many others have this issue. If it's crashing on close, I don't see why that triggers it to re-open.

@shimishake The crash is triggering Opera to reopen.

@leocg Any ideas on how to diagnose the issue and fix? It doesn't seem uncommon?
