Overwriting of my Opera account

So I had an Opera account for a long time, and I had to hard reset my laptop after an issue with Windows, and after that I reinstalled Opera to my laptop and it overwrote my previous User with my new one, so all of my bookmarks and speed dials gone, my history gone and I had important things saved onto them. Is there a possibility of getting that back or no? I would point out that I tried to synchronise my laptop with my phone as my phone still had my actual User on it, but instead of using the proper one, it overwrote the one on my phone as well, so everything useful on my mobile Opera has been removed as well.

@leocg I logged into the same account I used for ~2 years, same email and same password as I've only every made an Opera account under one Email, and when i tried all my other emails it says that no accounts under that username or email exist.
