Opera, cashback did not work, when, buying an antivirus

. Before I bought malwarebytes I made sure I had opera and cashback enabled. Being on the program's website, the cashback icon was lit up, so being sure that it was okay I started buying this program. But checking now, I have no trace at all that I was on this website and made a purchase (for what I have, an invoice). I should have gotten a 13 percent refund through, your, cashback, which didn't happen.
