Little person on right side of screen "Go"

I have this thing on the right side of any webpage I open, I don't know what it is and can't permanently get rid of it. Clicking on it does nothing and dragging only works vertically and just sets its position at a different height. I searched Go in my settings but couldn't find anything, turned off Aria AI and it's still there. It's not any extension that I know of. Any help? -

@MookLovesOpera Doesn't seem to be from Opera.
Try disabling extensions and mods.

It's the Grammarly/Superhuman extension at the URL
opera://extensions. Guess it provide an AI assistant now.
