Opera GX wont turn off suggestions

i dont understand what im doing wrong but i got through all the settings in the browser but the suggestions for the search bar wont turn off ive uninstalled opera gx countless times and dont know what im doing wrong i really want to use the browser but this setting wont turn off please help

@leocg just search suggestions everytime i time i turnoff the settings i still pops up even the opera settings suggestions wont turn off
