Popups and overlays do not open properly.

Popups and overlays like the sidebar apps, extensions, and download popups flicker when interacted with then close without opening.

I am also unable to tab into and out of other fullscreen programs with opera open and maximised.

Is this due to the latest opera update and is there anything i can do to fix this?

I have the same issue, but only on my desktop computer, my laptop works perfectly fine.
