Password sync

Hello, recently my phone has received water damage and i cannot access the opera mobile app any longer, is there a way to see my passwords on my pc through the sync option, it tells me the information is encrypted and if i go to settings>autofill and passwords>password manager i cannot find any passwords at all.
i am on operaGX desktop and Opera mobile app on my phone -
