How to disable the browser in the background

The browser consumes too much RAM in the background, even when it is closed. How can I disable this feature?

@leocg So I'll have to switch to another browser that doesn't consume so much RAM in the background? That's a shame.

@seav Opera doesn't run in the background after you have closed it, so what you need to do is to try to find out why Opera is not fully closing.

You can disable background running by turning off “Continue running background apps” in your browser settings, usualy found under System
