Youtube chats do not load

Why does the youtube not functioning properly? The chats does not load. They do in other browsers, though. No active plugins/extensions active on the page.

And why thre is no way to load video here, it's a joke

Also when I toogle fullscreen after encountering that bug I get this:

Right part of the screen is not filled with video, hud at the bottom points to that. I wish I could upload a video demosntrating that
