Sync of passwords

I just formatted my computer and installed Opera GX to get all my passwords back, but when I synchronized it told me I had 46 encrypted passwords and didn't tell me where to put the code to decrypt them. However, in opera://settings/syncSetup it showed me that the passwords were being synchronized, but I go to opera://password-manager/passwords and no passwords appear. Help, I want to recover my passwords.
