Can't get any of my Speed Dial folders to show up :(.

I've looked all over to find a solution. How do I activate a Speed Dial folder to be visible on my page?????? I've been using Opera for 2+ decades, and I am stumped now. I have a Speed Dial folder with a few of my most recent Speed Dials, but I can't seem to drag it anywhere to get the speed dials up on my screen.
Before this, I just did a reset with keeping all my personal stuff...and it's all here...just can't get the dials to publish.
Anyone have any advice besides "start over by dragging them one-at-a-time?"
APOLOGIES: if I don't answer back quickly, but as a "new poster" I have to wait 600 seconds to amke any replies

@leocg Opera One(version: 122.0.5643.71), and Yes I see my own Speed DIal folders inside Opera's Speed Dial Folder.

@Badger52 If they are under Speed Dial, you should be seeing them. Is Speed Dial enabled?
