No "Feature Button" in settings

I have been needing to use the free VPN, but all of the youtube tutorials I see are pressing a "Feature button" located on the left tab bar in settings. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YBmu71a4krk is one of the links that was using this). I do not have this button, nor did I ever have it. If anyone can help me, thank you in advance. I wish the vpn was located on the top left, how it was (or still is) in regular opera.

@djchris121 There isn't such button and there never was.
If VPN button is not already in address bar, go to settings page and enable VPN
