Page removed from history still being autofilled

Hello! Yesterday, I was downloading a mod and was redirected to a rather sketchy site. I went into the history tab, saw that it was revamped, and deleted it singularly. Come today, I was typing in the upper search bar something that started with the same few letters and it autofilled under "History". I know deleting the history doesn't actually delete anything, but I'd still rather not have it autofill. However, it did. So, I went back into my history to make sure it was gone, and it was! There's no way to remove it from autofilling anymore, and it's really bugging me.
EDIT: I tested on some other websites I frequently use and it seems to delete things searched after today just fine. Just anything from the inital update and now do not delete properly

You can disable the "History Redesign" flag at the URL
opera://flags/#history-redesign
, restart Opera, goto the URLopera://history
and see if that entry you deleted is back and try deleting it again.Or, you can goto the URL
opera://settings/clearBrowserData
, switch to "advanced" and clear just "Download History" and "Browsing History" for all time to see if it gets rid of that entry.Or, if needed, you can goto the URL
opera://about
, take note of the "profile" path, close Opera and delete the "History" file in the profile folder.Or, you can try removing the entry from the database in the History file. See https://forums.opera.com/post/392908 for how to load the "History" file database directly. If you edit a value or delete a row in a table, make sure to commit the changes by hitting the commit button.
