Web pages load very slowly

Since a couple of weeks, every web page loads very slowly.
The problem disappear for some hour after every Opera update.
I´ve already tried to uninstall/reinstall Opera: same result. It works perfectly for a couple of hours, then it is slow again.
I´ve already tried to delete history, cache, data.
On the same tablet, I´ve tried other two browsers ( Chrome and Firefox ) and they have no problem.
My internet connection works perfectly ( tested everyday with desktop, notebook, NAS, Android smartphone, Google Home ).
On my Android smartphone, Opera doesn´t have any problem.Version of Android: 10
Phone model and manufacturer: Lenovo Tab M10 FHD 4/128
If ad-blocker is enabled or not: tried both
If data savings is enabled or not: tried both
VPN: NO
