Extension Moderation Stuck for 22 Days - Synballo v0.7.0

I'm posting here because I'm experiencing a very unusual delay with an extension I submitted for review. I have been uploading new versions of my extension, Synballo, for a long time, and I've never had this problem before.
On August 4th, I submitted version 0.7.0 for review. Usually, a moderation check starts almost immediately, and I receive a notification that the extension is available on Opera Developer.
However, after 22 days, the status has not changed. The extension is not available on Opera Developer, Opera Next, or Opera Beta, and I have not received any moderation notes.
What's more, when I check the download statistics for this extension, the downloads have dropped to zero since the day I submitted the new version. This has never happened with previous updates and suggests that the new version is not being properly processed.
I saw a recent post from another user on this forum experiencing a similar issue, and I wanted to add my specific details in case it helps diagnose a potential system-wide problem.
Has anyone else experienced this long delay or a sudden drop in downloads after submitting an update? Any insight from the Opera team would be greatly appreciated.

You're right, I missed that topic in my search. I only saw the one on the first page of the "Opera add-ons" forum. Thanks for pointing it out.
I still think my case is a bit different. I know that publishing to the stable channel can sometimes take 3-6 weeks, and I've always been patient with that.
The key issue here is that the moderation process itself hasn't even started yet. For all 19 previous versions of that extension alone, the "manual review" status appeared almost immediately—usually in under a minute. This time, after more than three weeks, there's been absolutely no action.
To make matters worse, the download statistics show that downloads have dropped to zero for the last two weeks, which has never happened in the five years I've been maintaining this extension.
I'm hoping this information helps the team diagnose what might be a specific issue with my submission.
