Why Quick Access is not synced?

Can you please let me know why or how all the bookmarks in the Quick Access of Opera are not synchronized as the rest of the settings and bookmark? I cannot find any way to sync it with a new Opera on a new pc of mine. It's been quite some years since I've asked Opera team to sync this important section of the browser...but still nothing. Maybe I've missed it. Thanks!

@mirkoema They are synced and can be found in Other Speed Dials.

@leocg Sorry to bother you again but how can I restore them on a new pc? I see the folder synced but cannot restore. Maybe only manually...

@mirkoema Go to the bookmarks manager page, opera://bookmarks, and copy what you want from Other Speed Dials to Speed Dial
