Let me ask why the opera://bookmarks/ section of windows does not have the rearrangement section but mobile does. Please review and update more.

Opera One, It can be alphabetical or newest and oldest like that, Because every time we save it, it will be arranged freely, instead when we have it, we can arrange it neatly and easily find it.
