Problem with synchronization pc-pc

Hello,
I have a problem with synchronization: Opera tells me that I can use synchronization services in my computers if I install Opera Mini in my smartphone .....it's possible synchronize without do it?
(I have an old "smartphone", with the old version of Opera Mini, that haven't any synchronization options)

I have already installed Opera 28, but I can't synchronize my bookmarks in my computers because I haven't installed Opera Mini in my smartphone (I can not do it)

You don't need Opera Mini or any other software to sync your desktop Opera's bookmarks. You just need that all computers have Opera 28 installed and that you are logged in with the same account on all of them.
