Downloading failing after half of the file has been downloaded

Hey everyone,
Quick question about the download manager in Opera for Android.
I was trying to download a larger file today (it was a game mod apk, around 150MB), and the download failed twice, both times around the halfway point. My internet connection was stable.
Has anyone else experienced this with large files? Is it a known issue, or maybe a setting I'm missing? Just wondering if the native downloader is reliable for files of this size.
