Lots of Blocked Pages and Forbidden Errors in Opera

I started using Opera again after another browser failed, and I am not able to open a lot of harmless websites because Opera is blocking them or cannot open them for some other reason. Often the response is the 'Forbidden 403' error message. Why is Opera unnecessarily blocking websites that other browsers open without any problem?

@Colecat5000 404 Forbidden is a message sent by the server, so Opera (or something else) is being blocked and not the opposite.
