Cannot remove ghost extension

I just found out that i had this extension that is quite literally empty and suspicious but i can't get rid of it. It doesn't appear in the extension tab (not even in dev mode). After a few try, it seems related to the "preferences" file. However i tried to toy a bit with this file and the "extensions" field but i couldnt make it go.
Any idea if it could be a malware, or just how to get rid of it ?

@kaitojoestar You can't , it's one of the built-in extensions used to provide some features to Opera.

Why is it not present on a fresh install too btw ?

@leocg From what i tested it is at least not displayed on a fresh install or simply when removing "preferences" and letting opera building it again.
